I'm trying to set the dimensions something like that: {1<[dimension_name]>}

Have you tried putting the Set Analysis for the {1<[dimension_name]>} into the Expression as opposed to the Dimension ?

Ot you could create an Alternate State to divorce your Pivot Table from the default state selections.

"Alternate State" remember selected values

it's shows a table without conditions, but for the same person
on that. by which I created "Alternate State" label. ;(((
