You don't need to configure DSC directly to SAP.

The connection is made in the QVW files

If you need help with connection QVW files to SAP - check the QV SAP Connector reference manual

Thanks, but I am not asking about the SAP Connector. I am asking about a DSC.

What are you trying to achieve with DSC to SAP? You want your SAP users to have single sign-on with their SAP credentials? DSC is the directory connector for QV users to get authenticated against your AD or customer directories. You can establish "custom directory" connection using SAP user master data but if your SAP user ID is same as your Active Directory ID, you can use that to DSC to AD connection and have single sign-on going.
