I don't know it it's exactly what you're looking for, but I usually use this form below.

#1. Take a look at the chart properties

#2. Dimensions tab

#3. There is a button by name "Animate"

The most common is the bubble chart similar to the "joy of stats" by Hans Rosling's

Hello!

Any chance you can help out further on this. I try this and it says I have two few dimensions.

I am trying to show the number of business licenses issues by year by community (79 total communities)

I have two dimensions: Year, Community Name

I have one expression: Count of Business Licenses.

I'll appreciate your help

By using extensions only, its possible to use the motion charts such as fusion charts etc...

Otherwise you have to use Animate Property available in Dimension Tab...
