Upgrade Qlikview 10 to Qlikview 11.

Dear All,

I am working on Qlikview10 and I have to Upgrade Qlikview 10 to Qlikview 11.

OS : Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (64bit)

Presently I have :

Qlikview Enterprise Management Console &

Qlikview Management Console

So I want to ask you which Software I have to use for up gradation and What are the step I have to remember before up gradation.
