Slider object relative to Dimensions in the chart (Google Finance Type Slide)

Hi Folks, Is it possible to create the slider object relative to dimension scale like Google Finance slider object.

Please find the below screenshot for reference.

In the above image, the Time dimension relative to Slider object range selections.

I tried different ways and I didn't get how to get this?

Please share your ideas to get into qvw.

You could make two charts with the bottom one having static years and the top one using dates and overlay the slider object on the bottom chart.
