Issue with formatting pivot table in mentioned format

Hi all,

i am new in qlikview hence require a help in formatting issue

We have a simple table like

Fig 1:

Class	Standard	First Name	Last Name	Notes	Attendance
1	A	Rohit	Sharma		20%
1	B	Kishor	K		80%
1	C	Amit	M		30%
2	A	Radha	K		60%
2	B	Dilp	R		20%
2	C	Sid	L		30%
3	A	Abhi	P		60%
3	B	Soma	Sharma		20%
3	C	Kapil	P		30%

Required output should be:

Fig 2:

A	Rohit	Sharma		20%
B	Kishor	K		80%
C	Amit	M		30%
2
A	Radha	K		60%
B	Dilp	R		20%
C	Sid	L		30%
3
A	Abhi	P		60%
B	Soma	Sharma		20%
C	Kapil	P		30%

Is there any way to present class in such format..if i tried to group class it displays group wise data in first column like

Fig 2 is the requirement.. Can you guys help me on this..

Without editing the script, this is the best I could do.

Try changing the Indent setting on the Style tab of the properties window

Hi Gysbert,

I tried by indent setting it works buthas little issue,

Class column appear at the bottom (which i highlighted in Fig 1) above which there are standards and then first name,last name etc

We need other way round ,can we sort it like class comes first then standard down the line,then FN,LN etc

Got that.. Change Subtotals on top in presentation tab.
