server doesn't respond

Hey

I have actually a problem with a server, it doesn't respond and the logs  says that a document wasn't not reloaded because it couldn't find the path, after i restart the services and i reload the task of that document everything goes fine.

does anybody know  what can be done so that this sort of error doesn't happen again

Do you use external data drives in AD infrastrukture to save the qvw's?

Try this steps:

- Logon local with user configured in services;

- Open Qlikview Desktop and try to reload;

Analyze your script scenario with need access to other directories or network.
