QVS 8.20.5415.2 - USER NAME Change

Hi all,

Currently one of our customer is in QVS 8.20.5415.2 and they don't want to upgrade now.

We have used system administrator userid & password to install and maintained the qlikview server so far. But now they want to take back the administrator userid & password for security reason and providing us a new userid with administrative previledge to maintain the qlikview server. With the new userid and password, when i access the QlikView Server control panel, it prompt's access denied. Pls advice is there any way to active the same or i need to reinstall the qlikview server in new userid. Pls advice.

It's run fine when i added the new USERID under QlikView Qdministrator Group & Administrator Group. But customer clearly mentioned that you can't be part of administrator group. Pls advice
