Session Timeout

Hi,

we have some trouble with the session timeout of QlikView 11 SR2.

First of all we do not see any difference between "Maximum Inactive Session Time" and "Possible Session Timeout". Furthermore it does not bring any changes to extend the value of these elements within the QVMC.

Is there anything else we have to change to see an effect?

We use QlikView Webserver and not IIS on the server.

Try to set and configure session time in each document you want or need

i attached an image to see where you have to change this property
