The sheets added on Access Point are not visible

Hi to all!

I'm using QV 11 SR4. I set "Add Sheets" in the section Settings-> Document Properties -> Security in my QV Document.

The issue is: the new sheets added by any users on access point are not visible when the document is closed and then reopend. But, if I check in the section Documents -> User Documents (in Management Console) I see the sheets created by users on access point.

What's the mistake?

Do you know if it needs any additional settings on the server to be able to see the sheets created on the access point?

Please, can you help me?

Thanks to all!!!

Hi Rosalba

Are you adding or copying the sheet? Maybe it's just hidden?

Hi Nitha,

at the moment the document is free ...the section access doesn't set, any users can see all document object and data.

Could this be browser issue? Are other users be able to use sheet objects created by other users?

Open document using IE plugin client, right click on empty space and select Customize Toolbar. Check "Sheets" on toolbar tab. Is new sheet visible in "Sheet" select list on the left top of the page?

Hi Sudeep,

The objects created by other users are visibile if the object owner shares his objects with the users.

In my case the sheet created by user on access point is not visible to itself when the document is closed and then reopend.

Hi,

I tryed, the new sheet is visible in the custom toolbar and I can open it as long as I don't close the entire document ...the sheet created doesn't appear in the sheet menù on the custom toolbar when I close and I reopen the document.

I just tested and found it is working fine in our server access point.

I'm able to add the sheet and then logout and when I login again I saw the newly created sheet available in there.

I'll wait for sometime until the document gets out of the server memory then I'll try again. I'll provide you an update.
