Bar Chart Color Assignment

I am new to QlikView. I have gone through the training materials and forums. However, I cannot find the answer to my question. I have created a bar chart and would like to assign a color to each of the values of the x-axis. Let's say, I have USA, China, Japan. I would like to assign the following bar colors :-

USA - Blue, China - Red, Japan - Green.

what if i have a grouped-dimension? can i fix the first bar to be always a certain color?
