Permission denied in IE9,10

Hi,

I have distributed a file there i have a shared network path. when am trying to access using access point, its working fine till IE8. If i try with IE9 or 10 it showing permission denied error. In Internet explorer i have changed settings like "Automatic logon with username and password", but its not working. Could please let me know what settings exactly i need to do to get work with IE9/10.

Am using Qlikview 10 version.

Hi,

Make sure you have disabled the IE Enhanced Security Configuration so you can run javascripts and the plugin. Check that there are no restrictive policies in this regard with your Active Domain team.

Hi,

You need to check wherever you are trying to see the QlikView document and getting the error. If that's the Server, then you need to check the Server. If that's a laptop or a desktop computer, then that specific computer.

Most of our users using windows 7 . i have tried to find IE configuration setting but no luck. I am not getting where exactly. Could you please explain the change need to do in Windows 7.
