I have no idea what do i have to check.
I have no licenses for qlikview Publisher.
i need help.
HI Vanessa
Does the user that schedulle the task has Administrator permission and also in the QlikView Administrators Group?
Cheers
Hi Nelson thanks for your quick answer.
I configured the task with the administrator account,
i am new in this, so any idea is welcome.
Hola Vanessa,
slds.
Fernando
Have you tried to delete the task and create a brand new one?
Hola Nelson,
hi Michael
Yes, i Have .
and it doesn´t work
Hi Vanessa,
I'd open up a ticket with support. It is odd that you can run the same task from the same service account and get different results when you run it manually vs. run it from scheduled task. Might need to look into the QVPR to make sure everything is okay.
If you don't have a lot of tasks, I might suggested rewriting the QVPR from scratch and rebuilding your task structure to see if this resolves the problem.
