Popups in bar chart

Hi experts,

    I have a bar chart with two dimensions and one expression,.for date dimension i have some events

    when the user hovers the mouse on the particular date field. i want to show that event as popup

  Here i have events for date fields 1-mar-2014 and 1-may-2014,1-aug-2014

when the user hovers on that bar the event should show as popup

The example attached was showing all details in the popup. If you want only the events should be displayed please see the below example.

Chart Properties-->Presentation-->Tick the Check box "Pop-Up labels"

  Here i need to show the popup as, if the event is null then popup should display only value

if there is any event then it should display event along with the value
