hi,

i have a client who want to see only one chart at a time and has total of 3 charts in a single sheet, please tell me how can i do so.???

Hi.

you can include 3 charts in a container. In Container only one chart is selected at a time.

PFA, u can use a container to serve this purpose.. In presentaion tab check Single oblect and set where u want to see the tabs. in the same place.

thanx but using container is not an option......is there anything else we can do???

Several basic alternatives:

You can use buttons to show hide the charts.

Or have the charts auto minimised so that when one is maximised, the others are minimised..

You cna use the autominize option in Layout tab of properties. Are there any conditions when to show which chart?

you can create a variable and set it on buttons or text object's action to hide or show the charts. On chart layout tab, you can set the same variable value for show condition. So whenever you click on button you will get the specific chart as per variable's value.

You could also use the auto-minimise option under Caption menu by selecting all 3 objects. This way if one object is enabled the other 2 objects in the sheet would be minimised as required.
