Check yourC:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\QVPR directory. The jobs are stored as XML files. There should be a folder under the QVPR directory call Backup with zip files there (if you setup the backup feature). The zip files are backups of the QVPR directory.
