Document Report Security

Hello group..

we are using v11 sr2 and have created some document reports. Question is how do we control security of the reports i.e who can and cant edit via access point.

Also has anybody experienced an issue when users send a report to print??

Hi, you have to manage two different type of license, NAMED LICENSE and DOCUMENT LICENSE,  first you have to put permision to the diferent users.

then in the console QMC you have diferent settings to configure like allow export to excel or allow print

after that you have to remember that all things that user do via acces point, save in his sessions only and do not share with all user , only if the user want share all the changes that he do

user has permission via Document CAL and can see the report. We have set the config for 'Print and Export to Excel' for ALL users, Users can see the reports but are not able to 'Print' -- any advise appreciated..
