Search a Word in the column and load only the data which is below it

Hi everyone,

I have an excel sheet with many rows and columns.

Supposingly I have a world called Group in my first column. I want to search that word and delete all the data which is above it, including the data of Group and load only that data which is below that word Group. And, this I need to do while fetching the data.

Is it possible in qlikview ? I yes, then please help me with this
