How to change the port 4780 of qms service?

I can visit http://localhost:4780/qmc/SystemSetup.htm.

I want to know how to  change the port 4780 of qms service. I want to change to other port.

I have looked up the community no useful information. Please help me on this. Thanks.

I guess you must have mistyped the ports Is it port 4799 you want to change? This is set in "C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config":
