Report printing extra field information

Greetings,

I have a table that has a conditional display on it. (=if(Exclude=0,ReconcilingDepartment)

This works great on the table but not in the report with the table in it. Instead of skipping over the Reconciling Departments that have an Exclude =1, the report prints ALL reconciling departments. Is there any way to have a report with a table where the table in the report displays exactly like the table on the sheet?

Hi.

Create another table with fields  ReconcilingDepartment (as key and link to the data model) and ReconcilingDepartmentPrintable.

Keep only those department records that you want (Exclude=0).

Then us new field in report instead of  ReconcilingDepartment.

That is an excellent trick. Thank you!
