Image and text (alignment, format, colour) on Chart

Hi Experts,

Is it possible for us to bold the title "We're the Millers" only? (please see figure 1)

The requirement look is like figure 2

The easier way is using pivot table, but the outcome looks like the first figure. I am unable to highlight the title, proper alignment for details and colour the detail.

Another way is using container but it would be quite complicated. Hard to arrange title, detail, figure in such manner.

Kindly advise.

Best regards,

csy

This will change the color or bold the whole description. I just want to bold the title "We're Millers" but not the whole description, where both title and description get from the same cell in excel raw data.

I tried with this, but fail to bold only certain words.

For example, there is "abcdefg" in the column,

can we bold only abc, so it will show "abcdefg"?

My following code is not working:

if(Description=

'abc*', '<b>’('abc'))

A cell in Qlikview can have only one text format. A textbox in Qlikview can also have only one text format. You'll have to use several textboxes to get the effect you want. Or you can try using an extension object.

Thanks for this hint, then would you recommend any suitable sheet object?
Container can be aligned in this position?
In fact not only one movie will show, will have a movie list, and they will be filtered according to date selection.

So I cannot use several textboxes and fix their position.

You could also use the following extension I have created (a bit tricky because you need to know the syntax and Html + CSS), but quite powerful.

Hey Stefan,

Unfortunately, your suggestion doesn't work in SR5... However it's great!

Thanks.

Hi Stefan,

I need help with the extension. For some reason, External Template is not working. Only works if I use direct template (paste de code inside....)

Many thanks.
