QMC Reload V AccessPoint

Hi All,

Is it possible to have a file available for reload from the QMC status or document tabs on the QMC console, but not have the file display in the AccessPoint?

Yes. My answer is based on Publisher Enterprise -- I may be wrong for Standard. Someone else with Standard know?

In my installation (Enterprise), the source document folders are distinctly different than the folders assigned to the Server.

On Publisher Standard, there is no such option - at least we didn't find one.

So the user sees all UserDocuments that are reloaded.

Could use NTFS Permissions, haven't tried that.

There isn't an option not to show a file or a folder in accesspoint (to the best of my knowledge) you should handle that by file permissions.

With that said I hope QT does add a flag somewhere to hide either mounted folders or applications in future versions (SR3? fingers crossed).

Daniel
