QV Document Won't Open

I have a QlikView document set up on the QlikView server for users to access via the QlikView Microsoft Internet Explorer plug-in. I have a user who has the plug-in installed, I can see on the server management console that they are an active user on the server and that they have the document open. However, the document will not load on their computer. I and other users are able to access the document without issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Could you please add a bit more detail to your problem?

For the users that can't open the application, what information is presented on screen?

In this machine is the I.E 7?I.E 8?One I.E X64 and other x86?

I had a similar problem, and there were two IE on the machine.
In 64bit did not work in another yes.
