Average last 4 weeks

Hi everyone,

i have the chart attached to this post.

In this same chart i need also to calculate for each week the average value of the last 4 weeks.

Can you please help me?

but i need to see both the expression:

- sum(k)

- avg (sum(k) last 4 weeks)
