Change User Running QV Services

I installed QV server with my user account on the server. I want to change this account that run the QV services to NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService. I tried changing this in the services but the server service will not accept it. How do I change the user running the QV services such that the services will run regardless of who is logged on

Hi,

If Services won't accept the account, you should see an error code thrown by Windows Server 200X.

What does it say?

have you already turn off the services before you do changing?
