We have just upgraded our QV server to the latest version of 9, and also built a new server with the same version of 9 from a clean OS install.
On both servers the Qlikview Server service is showing as disconnected in the Management Console, although the service itself seems to be running fine and we can access documents on the server with no problems at all.
Oddly, if I change the service to run under a local admin account on the server (as opposed to the domain account which is also in the admin group on the server) then the service shows as 'Running' in the Management Console.
Has anyone seen this before?

I've seen this problem having two QVS with the same serial number on the same subnet, it's not admitted, bye.
