Hi Try downloading the IE plugin .

The recommended browser is Chrome.

Hi Magdalena,

I am using Firefox version 28.0 and it is working fine.

Make sure you have the latest version, check Download Firefox — Free Web Browser — Mozilla for more information.

Give a try by clearing the browser history and cache, then check.

Hello Magdalena,

I use the most recent version of Firefox or Chrome. IE tends to be pretty slow and buggy with the community platform. Be sure to clear your cache. If your still having problems send me a message with some screen shots so I can help problem solve.

Thanks! Sara

Hi Magdalena,

Could be that you have some extensions or add-ons that is causing issues. Try starting Firefox in Safe mode and see if it helps, Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox Help . If that doesn't help, try resetting your settings in Firefox, could be something that has been tweaked, Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems | Firefox Help .

Let me know if this helps.

Erik

Hi Magdalena,

Hard to tell by a post-mortem analysis now that everything has been reset. There is a lot of tweaks that can be done in Firefox through about:config and might've been some script, some add-on, some network policy or something else that changed a specific setting.

Regards,

Erik
