Pivot Table hide dimension border

Hello Community,

I am trying to hide the border for second dimension which I am using in Pivot Table.(see screenshot)

border-pivot.jpg

I have tried all the following stuff but not meet my expectations:

1) Using Custom format cell

2) Change different style modes.(I need Classic style:- horizontal and vertical borders)

3) Tried unchecking the Vertical Dimension Cell Borders.

Putting a text box over it does solve it, but that is not what I am looking for.

Is there any other way to resolve this.

Thanks,

Angad

Hi,

Try this-

Go to chart properties>Style>Cell Border Transparency> 100%

Hey Neha,

This will make all the borders disappear. I just need that particular dimension border.

Thanks,

Angad

That is what I am using write now, but I find this solution very rigid. Was thinking, if there is any other way to acheive this.

Thanks,

No, there is not. I know that's not that answer you were looking for, but at least you don't have to keep looking in vain for a solution that doesn't exist.

Hi Angad,

genrally its not good to show this. as many customer asked to remove that.

so you can take text box and change color to white and Uncheck layout allow /move size

hope this give another insight
