Access Point Error

When I try to access the report of Access Point It showing following Error.

Make sure all your qlikview services are up.

Make sure firewall is off.

It might be your traffic is not tunnelling through your Qlikview webserver/IIS server, so end users are not able to reach the Qlikview Server.

End user-----(1)-------->Qlikview Webserver/IIS Server----(2)--------->Qlikview Server

Check problem is at point 1 or Point 2. . .
