Hi Leigh,

Should be under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech (Windows 2008) or C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech (Windows 2003), and then QMC or Command Center folder.

Just a note though, v9 is not a supported version anymore, I would recommend you to upgrade in order to get support.

Regards,

Erik

This error message seems to be a common message.

Recently we tried to import task from one environment to another and we found this error message, however after a day when we tried to test again no error message appeared.

by the way how you are using the reduce. You should be able to see the option of opening the document and then  selecting the field under Reduce tab of the Task creation wizard..

You may also check the QMS log files.

Hi Leigh,

Do you get this in the QMC? Is the field there? I.e. is it supposed to work?

Is the QMC log saying anything?

Erik

Hi, yes in the QMC, the field is not there, no fields are being picked up, but they should be there as the report definitely includes them and is a copy of a previous report that works (and is updated to look at the new financial year.)

Not sure where to look for the log in v9.

Thanks
