Percentage in valuelist dimensions

Hello,

I am using valuelist for dimensions and I would like to display one of the
dimensions as percentage.

Bellow the screenshot of my code that I am using for expression.

When I am trying to convert the highlighted expression to percentage it is
not working and I am getting number instead of %.

Any ideas why it is not converting?
