log in failed!!

Dear

I got users whom I gave from the QMC document CALs for a document

now these users are not able to log in the QlikView Access Point

what could be the problem?

Knowing that other users are in the QlikView Administrators group because they need to work on the QMC and they are able to log in to the Access Point

Please advise

yes the problem solved

there is a permission that is not granted for this user

the permission to log in from a different computer should be allowed

I would make sure you have your QlikView Web Server Authentication is setup like the below.

When "nothing happens" after type user and pass it can be due the user doesn't exist  or you miss to input the domain\user or just the password is wrong... check the password in for example login Windows session.
