Integrating Qlikview & Salesforce

Hi everyone.

Hope you are well.  I would be very grateful if you could help with the following problem.

I am looking to integrate Qlikview into Salesforce.  I currently have the dashboard within an iframe on a page within salesforce.

What I want to do is, under my accounts tab in Salesforce, when I select a particular Account, and a page opens with all the information and data for that particulare account, include the dashboard within an iframe at the bottome of this page, filtered for the account that I have selected.

Is this possible?  If so, how should I go about doing this?

Many Thanks

Jamie

Hi Julio,

Thank you for the document.  However what I'm trying to do is have the dashboard within another tab.  For example in the document you sent through, I would want the dashboard embedded in an iframe within the Products tab.  When I selected a product in Salesforce in this tab, this selection would be passed to the dashboard.

Do you have any information around how to pass parameters or selections down to the iframe?

Many Thanks

Jamie

Not a clue friend... I am having another issue, i'm very new at this kind of integration... I am getting redirected from Salesforce to Qlikview AccessPoint, and I don't know how do I do to keep it inside Salesforce. Do you know how do I avoid it?

I have this "Qlikview" tab in Salesforce, when I hit it, it asks me the login and password. I'm ok with that, but when I log in, the page gets redirected, i don't want that, i want it to keep it inside salesforce.

Do you have any clue on this?

btw, if you the creation tab part in the document, there is a part where you choose some fields, it might be something there also, where you can use it to try this functionality.

I'm afraid not, I still with this issue. As this is not a priority at the moment, IT team is leaving it for another time... I opened a case within salesforce, and I was told that the problem is with some configuration inside Qlikview... however, the company's team (that I work for) believe that this might be some configuration inside salesforce...

I would advise you to try opening a case whithin salesforce, and see what they answer for you... Maybe with your feedback, they will be able to do something...

Hi,

maybe this can give you a better idea about how to integrate QlikView objects (individually or whole applications) within any other webpage:
