Avgerage, Median or something

Hi,

I have following table. I need to get overall avergae days for applications. If I take avg then it's not correct. what should I use?

What do you think the average of those rows is and what does AVG bring back?

avg gives me 61.5 but it's not correct. Can I exclude 122 and then take avg of the rest

Hi Shoaib,

Just want to check if you have did the same for average cal or not?

Total mode should be set as "Average"

61.5 is the average of those rows. If you want to exclude the outlier, look at Gysbert Wassenaar's answer in this thread: http://community.qlik.com/thread/102661

Thanks James. I tried the thread which you mentioned but it did not work. I used a formula to calculate avg time in expression as below. Now I want to get rid of outliers under this expression. Could you please tell how can I use Gysbert Wassenaar logic using this expression.
