My Qlikview map does not show on the browser

Hello,

I created a Map (Cluster) on my computer, it appears just fine.

But, when I open the browser, the map stays in blank.

I'm putting a photo here showing both images.

Why is this happening?

Hi Catharina,

It appears that your QV Desktop client has access to this resource, but the Server has not. Ensure that the server and the service account can access such resources, not necessarily the end-user.

Just a note on this, ensure that Proxy and Firewall allows the QV JS API to go in and grab data to be used in Extension.

Another item to check - have you installed the map extension on the Server?
