Hi Tarun,

Please check the QVS Event log and see what it says. The default location is C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer . Also the QVWS log can help, see C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer .

I believe you have checked the certificate option while installing the qlikview server. Reinstall it and user Qlikview Administrator instead of digital certificates. And add the user in the Qlikview Administrator group. Restart the system and then run the Qlikview Server.

Hi Tarun,

Try to ping the server IP from the computer you want to access the server. You should get reply, if not then check for ports also e.g. QVWS 4750 and 4780 should be open and So on.

Moreover your computer for access point may be in different domain.

Please let us know what you're getting.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Tarun,

Is this single server or the services multiple servers? If all services are on a single server, what type of paths are you using for the root or mounted folders? UNC, Administrative path or letter path? If all is local to that server, it best to use letter path, and if you storage is on another machine, make sure to use UNC path. Check that the QV service account has full rights to those folders.

Tarun you've not stated when you are getting this error message. Is it all the time or just on occasion?

We've seen this issue occur when Memory is at Working Set Min and QVS is trying to flush cached results which causes the CPU to run at 100%. Check task manager to check the Memory and CPU levels of QVS are normal.
