Can we create multiple link tables in data model for that qvw?

Yes but it depends on the data model and good practice is use 1 or 2 link tables.

You can create multiple link table depending on the business need. But be sure that you don't create Island in the data model.

Island : are basically to stand alone structures in the data model which do not have any relationship.

You can create multipl link tables for the same data model.

Just recheck if it is really necessary.
