Chart design

Hi there,

I saw some samples which contains several fancy charts. I attach a screenshot of one chart I want to use. Can someone tell me how to design a chart like that? Thank you so much!

This is a box chart, you can make one in QV by right clicking on your sheet >> New Sheet Object >> Chart... >> Box Chart.
