Can you change the subject line to get rid of the generic "QlikView Publisher:"?

You need to modify this file: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\QVPR\MailTemplate.xml

Vlad, C:\Program Files\QlikView\Publisher\Command Center Service is the string for command center on our nstall, and i dont see a amiltemplate.xml

Not Program Files, ProgramData. This folder exists on 2008. For older Operating Systems, the directory is: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Qliktech\Publisher\CommandCenter\QVPR\MailTemplate.xml
