Suppressing lineage information?

Hi,

Based on several posts on the community, (for example, http://community.qlik.com/message/182683#182683 and http://community.qlik.com/message/170659#170659) I would like to suppress the lineage information being stored in either QVW or QVD files. According to instructions someone provided, I can manually go find the AllowDataLineage setting in the QV easter egg and set it to -1.

However, since I am developing an app that incorporates QV via its OCX interface, I need a way to programmatically set this setting. Is this possible?
