Why I do "11.0 SR2" to "11.2 SR6"

Hi All,

I am trying to present a case to my management to do qlik upgrade "11.0 SR2" to "11.2 SR5". I am looking for some good points to make my case strong tomorrow... Please help with somereference or good points so i could make my case strong.

At this stage,  we cannot comment on the exact details surround Our new and exciting future product release(s),  in greater depth than the details currently available. We can say stay tuned........... When we can share more information,  we will.

Faisal, you may update your question for SR6, since that SR6 is available now.

Biggest reasons: Shared file corruption, IE11 support, SAP Hana ODBC fix.

No information on QlikView pre-requisites but it could be that there may be a intermediate upgrade available in future or something else.... We should know more in couple weeks.

No it is not.

QV.Next is so different, that, in opinion, you better start with it from nothing rather than from any existing QV version.

As for the upgrade - I don't see any reasons at all against it.  The upgrade process is simple and painless, there is nothing to lose.  BTW, there is SR6 already, so you can skip SR5.

Hi Miguel, I'd like to know if there is any official document, other than the last Release Notes, that can justify the version 11.0 is not supported anymore,
