Hi,

Did you bind new IP address with machine name in .host file of Qlikview web-server?

Hi Tossakorn,

Make sure you are running the services with a service account that is a member of both the local "Administrators" group and the "QlikView Administrators" group. Also, ensure that you have restarted the machine before trying to start up the QlikView services again. If you haven't changed the computername and are not using the IP-address to access the services inside the QMC, it should work fine.

Tossakorn,

Check the windows event (application) logs, it will tell you more why the services failed to start.

What error message do you get when trying to start?

Also, check windows log (application) log where you also can see the error.

Make sure you don't have IIS running. Make sure you have ports 4750 and 4720 open.

The credentials you are using to Start the services - are they members of the Administrator group? If not, add them. Also, have you logged in as that account that is attempting to start the services? If not, log out of your machine, log in as the account user to start the services, log back in as yourself and attempt to start the services.
