Qlikview services,QEMC,QMC

Hi,

We have the QlikView Server installed in the domain.I have changed the service Account from one user to another user. Added the new user in to the QV Administartaor and local administrator group. I have logged off and logged in .

After doing this these are list of problems we are facing

1. QVS started showing unlicensed

2.No documents are shown in the User Documents tab in the QEMC

3. Not able to see the Source Document Tab in the QEMC.

4.In the system -setup tab-Qlikview Server tab - i am getting the error as "Sequence contains no matching element,Makre sure that QVS is running with correct credentials"

5. In the QMC user Documents tab i am getting the error as "Invalid request:Exception has been thrown by the Target on invaction "

6. Is it necessar to reapply the licesnce when ever there is a change in the service account user credentials.

But all the services are running fine.

Please suggest it is very urgent.

Yes, you would need to reapply license keys. Please reapply license key with control number and report results here.

Thanks

Don't forget to reboot the server, not just the services, after you added new user to QV Admin group on the local machine.

What user is running your QV Services? That user running QV Services must be Administrators Group member.

Maybe is a corrupt installation try uninstalling and installing then restart the machine and check.
