Stacked bar charts showing Relative Percentage

I'm trying to show how the "mix of business" has changed over time for five different factors. For instance, if we're looking at "Risk Level" has one of the factors, I want to see the distribution of 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High' risks that make up the entire portfolio.

I could set this up using side-by-side by pie graphs, but the business is really asking for side-by-side by charts so everything can fit nicely into one graph.

I'm having a hard time setting this up though, but it definitely seems possible. Has anyone created anything like this before? I can provide a mock-up picture if my description isn't clear.

This is very close. However, instead of having separate columns based on status, is it possible to stack the bars and make them separate colors? I tried choosing the the 'Stacked' option but that didn't seem to do anything.

It's actually very similar to Neil Miller's first QVW here:

100% stacked bar chart.

except I need the groups for each dimension to be different. I might be able to tinker around and get this to work though.
