Hi,

Can you confirm what does the document logs and server logs says.

What errors you get when task fails.

Hi,

have you looked log from the below location?

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log

what does it says,

By the way do you have any antivirus software running?

in which environment you host your QlikView server , SAN,NAS or physical machine e.t,c.

make sure your service account have full access privileges and it belongs to QlikView administrator group and in turn it belong to local admin group.

and make sure you log-gin with the same account as that of QlikView administrator account or service account.

Dear Magdalena

I also faced similar issue earlier. There is a workaround for this:

1. Try changing the Reload Time through QMC.

2. The file which is failing kindly delete its connection string and again create a new connection string for it.

Hope that works for you.
