we are not able to see internet Explorer plugin while we have installed on it.
it showing small device for one user and for remaining it is working
what may be cause
we are using qlikview 11 SR6 and its plugin

Ahh ok,
I believe you need to have Protected Mode off:
IE Tools | Internet Options | Security and turn OFF protected mode.

If you have desktop desktop installed on windows 8 you need mot to install QlikView plugin.

Maybe the end user still using or installed a old version of plug-in that doesn't support IE9, or confirm that he is on IE9.
to confirm 100% what version of plug-in end user installed, do the following:
- Open IE
- On the Address bar, type: qvp://<servername>/ and press enter.
- A windows will pop-up and request to select a document so open any document.
- Document open, go to Menu> about Qlikview and check the version there.
Now, if the above doesn't work it seems that you plug-in might be corrupted, so try to uninstall and re installed ( like Nag below comment describes)
