Evaluate network performance to use Access point

Hello,

Some users (server in another country) have a problem of response time. And it's not linked to the distance Server/User. We have already used Jmeter to test performance of the server but the probleme is somewhere else. Therefore, I want to know if it exists a Qlikview tool to evaluate the performance of the network connection between a server and a user through the access point ?

Hi Gaetan,

Several HTTP tools can help you with this, for instance Fiddler, to measure access times and latency. Compare a trace with a local one where you have the speed.
