Some users using the web interface can't scroll, select and export to excel

Hi,

I have some of the users that login through the access portal but can't scroll tables or export to excel.

I am getting crazy here.

Any idea ?

What mode did you open using IE8  ?

Is that IE plugin version or Ajax Zero footprint ?

it looks like a version in compatibility between QlikView and internet browser. Have you already checked the Release notes for the QlikView version you have installed?

Hi Adam,

I see there was a bug that listed the issue as:

AJAX: Scrollbars don't work on Firefox or Chrome when using a Windows 8 PC with touch screen

Could this be your issue?

Hi Bill, they were just normal PC's running Windows 7.

It's not just the scrollbars either, they can't click in the table and there is no export to Excel button.
