Access Point User Can't Authenticate

Hi,

I have a user that, when he tries to access our Access Point, he gets an "Authentication Required" dialogue box (see attached and/or below).

Normally users have to enter their DOMAIN/USERNAME and password but this box is different and won't accept the user's domain name and password.

Anyone with any insight into the issue?

Thanks and best,

Ryan

In the QMC under web server what do you have the authentication set to? Also, what version of IE are you running and QVS version?

Probably his domain password has expired ...

Let him change it and try again

Hey Bill,

I'm not sure what version of IE the user who's having the trouble is using but I'll find out and write back. We're using QVS version 11.0 and IE version 9.0 on the server.

We have authentication set to 'Always', see below.

Thanks for your help.

Best,

Ryan

The screen show appears to be from IE 11. That is not supported in QV 11.

I think the user was using chrome. Also, though, I can access our Access Point fine from my IE 11.
