On Open fail to load

Hi All!

So this has been a messy issue so far.  Another developer did something wonky to their document and now I get an error message that says the document failed even though I wasn't trying to reload the document.  This seems to be a similar issue found in other forum posts.

My issue is that all of the remedies suggested in this post and others hasn't worked.  What I have tried so far:

Reload with QMC - Fail

Rename document - fail

move document - fail

try with another machine - fail

Delete share file - fail

open document without data - fail

open with document analyzer - fail

Give the document a menacing glare - fail

I think at this point the document is gone but I figured writing this post was worth a shot.

Hi,

I would like you to check that if you have correct connecting string.

What does document log says?

What does server logs says.

Have you try to do a PRJ folder and then import the XMLs that to a new document? (attached steps)

Now, I believe you have a OnOpen trigger that causing your issue, I recommend, if the PRJ recovery works to remove the document OnOpen trigger fast. ( settings>document properties > triggers>OnOpen)

I can't really read the attached file.  There is scroll bars that do not move.  I do not believe the document has an triggers On open.

Okay, try again. I re-attached it, it should work now.

I can't open the document so I can't save it to create the content for the prj folder.
